SolarSync is operated by Yakware Ltd., which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

SolarSync connects CRM and solar design platform records so authorized users can keep sales and solar project data aligned.

Data We Process

We process account identifiers, OAuth tokens and API keys, CRM contact and deal fields, solar platform contact/customer and project fields, lead-source job details, webhook metadata, billing identifiers, and operational logs needed to provide and support the integration.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate accounts, sync records between your CRM and solar platform, capture lead-source jobs into your CRM, show connected record context in your CRM, manage subscriptions, detect errors, and provide support.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate SolarSync, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, OpenSolar, Aurora, Stripe, Mailgun, and our database and hosting infrastructure providers. We do not sell customer data.

Retention And Security

We retain integration data while an account is connected or as needed for legal, billing, support, and security purposes. Secrets and tokens must be stored in deployment secret stores, not source control.
