Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yakware Ltd., the operator of SolarSync. They govern use of the commercial SolarSync service connecting HubSpot and OpenSolar. Other connectors may be offered separately as pre-release features and are not included unless agreed in writing.

Use Of The Service

You are responsible for connecting only accounts you are authorized to administer and for configuring sync behavior appropriate for your organization.

Subscriptions

Paid access is managed through Stripe. Trial, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms are shown during checkout or in the billing portal.

Availability

We aim to keep SolarSync reliable, but external API availability, rate limits, account permissions, and webhook delivery can affect sync behavior.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SolarSync to violate law, misuse third-party services, bypass access controls, or process data without appropriate rights.
